Furrvi AI Inc. ("Furrvi", “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Canadian-based company focused on enabling pet owners to transform personal media into cinematic video stories. During this early membership phase, our Services are offered through a free invite-only experience.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with Furrvi, we may collect:

Name, email address, and optional phone number
Pet information (e.g., name, breed, age, memorial status)
Photos, videos, audio files, captions, prompts, and other user-generated content (UGC)
Feedback, support inquiries, and communications with our team

b. Information Collected Automatically

We collect certain information automatically to operate and improve the app:

Device information (IDFA, IP address, OS, device type)
Usage statistics (feature interactions, template choices, engagement analytics)
Crash logs and diagnostic data

4. Use of Photos, Videos, and AI

Furrvi requests access to your photo and video library solely so you can select media to create stories, tributes, and memories. We do not scan or use your library for any other purpose.

By using our Services, you consent to allow your uploaded content (photos, videos, text, audio) to be:

Processed to generate storytelling content, including mood detection and personalized experiences
Used to improve templates and features (in anonymized, aggregated form)
Reviewed in some cases during early membership to ensure quality and improve features

All use of content is governed by our Terms of Service.

5. Your Rights and Controls

You have the right to:

Access your data and account information
Edit or correct your profile and pet details
Delete your account and associated media at any time
Withdraw consent for marketing communications
Control tracking preferences (Apple App Tracking Transparency [ATT] settings)
Request human review of AI-generated decisions

AWS Canada data centers

If any data is processed outside Canada, we apply safeguards under applicable data laws (e.g., GDPR SCCs, PIPEDA).

8. Payments and Purchases

During this early membership phase, Furrvi does not process in-app purchases. When launched publicly, all payments will be securely processed via:

Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
Google Play Billing (Android)

Payment credentials are never stored or processed by Furrvi.

9. Children’s Privacy

Furrvi is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children without verified parental consent. If we learn otherwise, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

If you are located outside Canada, your information will be processed in accordance with Canadian law. Where local laws differ, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., GDPR compliance).

11. Email Subscriptions & Unsubscribing

Furrvi uses a double opt-in process for all email subscriptions, meaning you confirm your subscription at the point of sign-up.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by:

Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in every marketing email; or,
Contacting support@furrvi.com with your request.

Unsubscribing will remove you from promotional emails, but you may still receive essential service messages related to your account (e.g., password resets, important updates).
